I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with a variety of challenges, including trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

In addition to individual counseling, I also have experience working with couples and families who are looking to form healthier and stronger bonds between one another.

I have been described as being a warm and steady presence. I strive to be empathetic, understanding, and genuine with all of my clients.
